I joined Gunadhya software solutions as Head of Technology. Though i joined this organization 3years back but i had the privilege to be associated with it since its very start and first day. I have seen Gunadhya growing from getting its very first employee to what we are today. Kudos to the Gunadhya team for this. I always wanted to join this company but the right time came for me 3 yrs back when I got the opportunity to join.

I have previously worked with MNC and to my surprise here the associates are well taken care of by their leadership which i have not experienced elsewhere before. Gunadhya leaves no stone unturned to keep their associates happy, keep them motivated and appreciated by recognizing and rewarding their effort and contribution.

Gunadhya always encourages their team to learn the new technologies and have provided them with the appropriate learning platform. It asks their associates to do challenging tasks and come out of their comfort zone. I got the chance to work on the new technologies and challenging tasks which demands to keep up with the coding practice.

Gunadhya helped me to learn how to handle and interact with clients in a better way. Here the team has shown me how with great passion, dedication and STRUGGLE, one can pull off something(something) from being meagre/little to something huge/substantial.

Constant endeavours and relentless effort pays off in the end. The work culture of Gunadhya is very flexible and gives the necessary work life balance which is a must for each and every associate.

Here associates are more important. It's in the bloodline of Gunadhya and I have heard it every time when they address their associates that "Gunadhya is You and You are Gunadhya".

I wish Gunadhya a very happy 7th anniversary and many more successful anniversaries till.... infinity.

Well a last minute entry though. But for sure will do it, even though it means few issues have to stand in queue till then. OK so it would be almost a year in few months from now when I joined this wonderful family of Gunadhya.

To start with I know(i think) there were many hidden questions not from me from some other members "ki sir kisko leke aaye hai aur yeh kon hai." But dont forget the name Gunadhya ... The Skilled or talented one (literally). So I suppose the answer is self understood as I was selected :). Fun part apart, First of all it was pandemic when i joined so no formal introduction or no office. It was as if entering a new place blind folded. But luckily I have know Sir and Atul earlier so was atleast comfortable with them. The confusing KT sessions were the first to make their entries. Now it was my time to think " main kahan hu aur yeh sab kya hain."

But Thanks to Swati and Priyal. I passed through it somehow. Post that the normal developer routine started work and lots of works. And then I did troubled two of them very much, Himanshu and Swati( I still do a lot of it). But to date they have been so so helpful and have been there always. Not only these two but I had to run behind all of them Ashish and Priyal, Sayali, Deepak to learn the things and make it work somehow. They are just there whenever needed.

Yes so finally It was never a day without all of them and so its a family and more than it. But of course how can I miss to mention about the head of the family. Amol Sir have been a complete complete support and guide. From knowing my past situation I had and to still have faith and trust in me, is really a huge thing. And Its my luck that I did got the correct opportunity and the correct people around me. Always their to motivate me, to pursuade me to do mistakes so I can learn things. I still remember Sir mentioning to me that people joining here dont go away. And Now I truly can understand why.

I have been working with Gunadhya Software for the last one and half years and my overall experience has been wonderful and always a cherishing one. Gunadhya Software has given me many opportunities to do something new every time I am so glad that I am part of such a wonderful organization.

The Company focuses on friendly & positive work culture. I wish my organization all success in its growth. It is a great place to work.

I joined as a fresher and have been with Gunadhya Soft for over 2.5 years now. My experience has been very rewarding. I feel my time here working, learning has made me grow. What inspires me to do better is the constant support from the team and management - who are always there to help you - no matter how hard the problem is or how long it takes.

My association with Gunadhya is invaluable for me and I wish all the best for its continued growth and great success in the years to come.

I joined Gunadhya Software a year ago as a fresher completely unknown of this corporate world. After joining Gunadhya, within a month I got an opportunity to learn new things. At the beginning of my journey I was not aware of things where I would be better fit.

But as time passed two of my seniors Priya & Adil found that I’m good in frontend & UI. They helped me to explore more on it.

I learned and explored various frontend technologies got many challenges on it.At points wherever I stuck I have got constant support and guidance from them either it can be technical or personal.

Another thing which I would like to add is Gunadhya’s work culture. Gunadhya people know how to make the working enviorment joyfull & happy.

Gunadhya is not just an organization it’s a family where each and every member is always there for you.
I feel myself lucky to be part of it.

When you have a full plate with challenges and new ideas, you drive on the highest gear , No this is not just a line or just to say. I'm having this experience in Gunadhya.

It's been a great journey so far, I willingly accept the challenges and take initiative in team and projects.

I'm working as a Full Stack Software Engineer, and I am grateful to join this organization. Guidance from the senior and directly sit-down with Amol sir (CEO) I got my potholes away.
